Three Job Interviews with the Same Employer: No Offer! WHY?

You did not convince the employer on the first in person interview that you are the ONE Right Fit. If you had done this, you would have received an offer after the prescribed number of interviews. It is not easy to close the employer fast, but my candidates learn to do this. When I conduct a retained search, I present ONE candidate and close the search. When I work with candidates as their career consultant and strategist, I teach them how to implement my Right Fit Method so that they can close the employer on the first in person interview.

Employers are accustomed to searching for thebestnot theRight Fit”. If you are asking what’s the difference, that further explains your difficulty in capturing the Right Fit job. . When employers search for the best, they compare and contrast candidates and select one believing the person will work out, because they are the best.

Using the Standard of Best to make decisions leads to making erroneous assumptions. If all the candidates that the employer interviewed are the wrong fit and they pick one, they selected the Wrong Fit. Why did you return for three or more interviews for the same job? You were a comparison candidate.
