Is your resume anonymous and are you invisible? If your resume lacks individuality or distinction, you are anonymous. If your resume hides who you are or presents you as inconspicuous, then you are invisible. If anonymous, invisible, or both, then why create a new resume?
Your resume must have a unique, intriguing, and recognizable brand. You cannot blend in with other candidates who do what do you do. You must stand out! Think of your resume as a written broadcast of your career brand for employers, search firms, and social media.
If you want the Right Fit position, not just a job, you must have the Right Fit brand to ignite interest in you. Otherwise, you will not capture the interviews that you want.
Glance at your resume. That’s right. In 10 seconds can you identify a unique, intriguing and recognizable brand?
