Are Search Firms Presenting You as A Comparison Candidate?


Whether you are employed or unemployed, you may not be aware of the “comparison phenomenon” which can prevent you from capturing the right job or getting a promotion. If you are unemployed and presented frequently by large firms like Korn Ferry who introduces many candidates to their clients, ask yourself whether you are the Right Fit or a comparison candidate. Clinton and Trump Branding Lessons? Change Your Mindest!


Daily we see a live job interview between Clinton and Trump in which they positively or negatively reinforce their brands. Their ability to overcome objections and distractions will determine which one will be our next president.

Annually I review hundreds of resumes. It is astounding that almost every resume has no brand, as well as a wide array of objections and distractions, in addition to brand-less. It is surprising that career professionals are not learning the significance of branding from observing presidential candidates. 

 The end of the year downsizing has already begun. In order to capture the Right Fit Job and close on the first in person employer interview, it is necessary to approach the job search from a different perspective.

Who Should Evaluate Clinton & Trump's Health?


There is only one place that should do that. From all over the world presidents, kings, queens, princes, princesses, and prime ministers, go to the renown Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Before we vote on November 8th, we should know the health status of both candidates. We are not just hiring the President of the United States. We are selecting the world leader.
